This is from Donielle at Naturally Knocked Up, everyone needs to know this. I've heard most of theses before, and they are incredibly hurtful.

The Update

I'm back.  I'm working like crazy, playing computer games when I get a few minutes to rest, not cooking nearly enough, and loving Daniel more than ever.  We are 4 days away from our flight to Kauai, Hawaii!  We're going with his parents, brother, and sister-in-law.  I am particularly fond of those 4 people and can't wait to spend 8 days with them.  I hope to practice some of my new html skills on this blog when I get back from the trip.  I will try to be good and take lots of pictures.

My absence was due largely to my pregnancy. Sadly, we lost our baby on October 21, 2011.  Once again, this was the result of my genetic abnormality.  We still believe God is loving and sovereign.  Continue to keep us in your prayers as we search God's heart and look for his will for our family.

We knew that another loss was likely, but it's still such a shock, and it doesn't get less traumatic or easier to deal with.  Actually, I have found that this miscarriage challenged my faith in a way that the others didn't.  I had learned so much about the character of God through the other pregnancies and the loss of my first 2 babies.  Sometimes knowing more makes a circumstance harder.  Maybe, I will write more about it soon, but I'm not ready to yet.

I have decided through all of this, that I am not waiting for my dream to come true any longer.  It's too disappointing. Instead, I am actively pursuing a hobby I've always been too chicken to pursue: camping.  We've camped plenty, and Daniel and I have become champions at making camping a comfortable and enjoyable experience.  The camping I'm talking about is the "hike up a small mountain with only what you can carry on your back with no running water or electricity," kind of camping.  I've always wanted to do it, and we are hoping to go on a practice trip in the beginning of March.  We're also gearing up to go backpacking in Ireland and Scotland next year!  HECK YEAH!

That's a very brief summing-up of what's going on with us.Until next time....
